At the July 2017 Board of Directors meeting, the chapter welcomed two new Directors and made formal the appointment of a new Executive Committee.

Robert O'Malley, Business Director with iXBlue (Natick, MA), and Jeffrey DeCarlo, Massachusetts Dept of Transportation - Aviation Administrator, both joined the board for three year terms. Both members come to the board as long term members of the association and represent distinctive market sectors that are at the core of the AUVSI New England's focus.

Additionally, the board reviewed and accepted the recommendations of the ExCom nominating committee and voted to ratify the slate of: Jeff Adams - President (2017-2019), Rachel LeBlanc - Vice President (2017-2019), Peter Werman - Acting Secretary (2017-2018) and returning Officer, Lynne Oliver - Treasurer (2017-2019).

Dr. Waseem Naqvi remains an active member of the Board of Directors and assumes the Past Presdent's Chair.

The Board would like to thank the members of the ExCom Nominations Committee for their diligent work and looks forward to continuing the ongoing chapter initiatives to support our members and affiliate organizations.
