PowerPoint Presentation General Information
All FINAL PowerPoint Presentations in PowerPoint format should be submitted as above by the requested deadline. Please adhere to the following requests:
-
Use larger than normal fonts. Try to use 16 point font size or larger.
-
If you cannot fit everything you want onto one slide – break it up into two slides or get rid of text! Don't jam it all into one slide that will be hard to read for those in the room...or a slide that you will have to preface by saying "I know you can't see this, but...".
-
Please save your Presentation as LastName_FirstName.ppt (or pptx). Please save accompanying video as LastName_Slide# (i.e. Smith_Slide13)
You can deliver your presentation ahead of time to the following DropBox address: http://bit.ly/RoboticaPresentations -
Always bring a back up copy of all files with you.
- If you are unable to deliver your file to our DropBox Folder or plan on bringing day-of, please arrive to your session at least 45 minutes early so your materials can be added to the session folder.
-
Video: All video or sound files should be submitted as separate files if you are using any version of PowerPoint prior to 2013. Earlier versions tend to lose video linkage once the files are moved from their original location. If you are unsure about your video, please contact us as above.
