UAS SUMMIT | PROGRAM | SPEAKERS | SPONSORS/EXHIBITS | REGISTRATION INFORMATION | COVID-19 |
The Robotica AUVSI UAS Summit Fall 2021 event organizers and our venue host, Northeastern University, consider the health and safety of our attendees and participants a top priority.
All conference attendees, staff, and participants are required to show a copy of their vaccination card (physical or digital) or results of a negative test within 3 days of the event in addition to a valid ID (driver’s license) upon entry to the summit. Any Northeastern University employee or student only needs to show their ID. Masks must be worn regardless of vaccination status but may be removed by the speaker when he/she is presenting.
We strongly encourage everyone to follow the guidance of the CDC for everyday preventative actions to help prevent the spread of respiratory viruses.
In addition, we suggest visiting the World Health Organization and Center for Disease Control websites which are constantly being updated with the latest information and tips.
Please see specific COVID-19 protocols below.
Event Protocol
Northeastern’s health and safety protocols are aligned with state and city guidelines and informed by scientific expertise, including our own faculty experts who are leaders in epidemiology, network science, and public health. The guidelines below apply to all of our global network locations in North America unless their local or state guidelines are more restrictive.
Event participants must follow the state or province entry guidelines if they are traveling to the location, and all university and state guidelines. Any events or programming that bring visitors to campus must follow the Visitors Protocol.
Health and Safety Protocols
Masks: All attendees, staff, and vendors are required to wear a face mask when indoors on campus, regardless of vaccination status. Speakers who are presenting or teaching may remove their masks when presenting or teaching. Because people will need to remove their masks when they eat or drink, it is important to limit eating and drinking to designated areas. Masks should only be taken off when seated in order to eat or drink. Masks must be worn when traveling indoors (for instance while carrying food or beverages to a table). Avoid eating anywhere within the path of travel indoors (lobbies, corridors, etc.).
Proof of vaccination or negative test: All external visitors aged 12 and older who attend campus indoor events, including indoor athletics events, are required to present proof of full vaccination or provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours of the event.
